About Us |  | | Liz Gomes is an engaging and energetic professional who has made significant contributions to this ever evolving industry since starting with Pro-Bel Enterprises Limited in 1990, and latterly with Canadian Safety Anchor Inspections Inc. since 2000. Her knowledge is derived from the thousands of buildings/projects she has reviewed and overseen while occupying many offices throughout her career: Inspections Manager, Senior Inspector, Senior Salesperson and Project Manager. Liz is recognized as a documentation expert, having developed during her tenure as Inspections Manager, many of the forms adopted as standard in this field. She is fully acquainted with all industry standards, regulations and code, and liaises frequently with Ministry of Labour personnel. As a Senior Inspector, Liz has performed hundreds of Fall Protection/ Suspended Access System site inspections and Technical Audits. In her role as Senior Salesperson/Project Manager, she has collaborated with Property Management, Design/Build professionals and Window Cleaning contractors applying her expertise to all manner of retrofit and new construction projects from design concept to successful conclusion. She readily shares her wealth of knowledge to enlighten clientele and mentor junior personnel. Safety matters and Liz cares. |  | | Tom Behrends is a passionate and dedicated design and management professional who during his term at Pro-Bel Enterprises Limited drafted, reviewed, designed and developed thousands of Fall Protection/Suspended Access Systems. Tom has occupied the offices of: Senior Draftsperson, Senior Designer, Drafting Manager, Product Manager and Project Manager. From the beginning, he has dedicated himself to furthering the quality and clarity of safety related design practices and documentation, and has spurred on equipment development through his innovative approach to complex building configurations. Tom has designed or reviewed all manner of industry related equipment: Davit Systems, Outriggers, Rigging Sleeves, Monorail, Façade Stabilization, Powered Platforms, Roof Cars, Gantries and Fall Protection Systems. In collaboration with Design/Build and other professionals, he has directed teams to provide capable execution on myriad projects from conception to completion. He is held in high regard and is recognized as a bona fide expert by the many associates he has guided and counseled over the years.
